IDE STUDIO (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides digital services including but not limited to branding, web development, social media management, digital marketing, and UI/UX design. By using our website or services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following terms:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services from IDE STUDIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We offer:
- Web Design & Development
- Branding & Logo Design
- UI/UX Design
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media Management
The scope of each project will be defined in a written agreement, contract, or proposal shared with the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Submit accurate content, files, or materials
- Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
- Refrain from sharing confidential proposals with third parties
4. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to begin work unless otherwise agreed.
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion or milestones, as outlined in your contract.
- Late payments may result in delayed delivery, additional fees, or project termination.
- All prices are listed in EUR/USD unless otherwise stated.
5. Revisions and Approvals
- Each service includes a set number of revisions as defined in your project agreement.
- Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
- Final approval of any deliverable marks the end of the revision phase.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- IDE STUDIO reserves the right to showcase projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
- All raw files (e.g., PSD, AI, XD) are retained by IDE STUDIO unless separately purchased or agreed upon.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and materials. We will not share or reuse any content without your explicit consent.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement:
- With written notice
- If the other party breaches the terms
- If unforeseen circumstances prevent continuation
Fees for work completed up to the point of termination remain payable.
9. Disclaimers
- IDE STUDIO is not responsible for the performance of third-party tools or platforms (e.g., web hosting, social media algorithms, SEO rankings).
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., sales, follower growth, search engine rankings) unless contractually stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDE STUDIO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
IDE STUDIO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
